We offer store credit for eligible returns and exchanges. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS. The store credit has no expiry date and can be used at your convenience for future purchases.

3. Product Eligibility:
To qualify for a successful return or exchange, products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the products. Please ensure to mention your order number on the package to facilitate the process. Your order will be returned directly to the manufacturer.
